Questions people ask.

Do you actually come to me?

Yes, that is how most of our jobs run. We come to your house, apartment complex or workplace and do the whole detail right there, anywhere within about 15 miles of Elk Grove. If you would rather drop the car off, pick that option when you book and we will text you the address.

Do you use my water and power?

Yes, and we knock $5 off the price for it. We run off an outside spigot and an outdoor outlet. To be straight with you about what that actually costs: a two hour job pulls roughly 30 gallons and a couple of kilowatt-hours, which lands under a dollar on your bill. The $5 is not us breaking even, it is us not wanting to nickel you over a hose. If you are not sure you have an outdoor spigot or outlet, or your complex is tight on space, say so when you book and we will sort it out before we drive over.

How long does it take?

About two hours for the full inside and outside on a normal car. If we look at yours and think it needs longer, because of matted pet hair or a bad spill, we tell you before we start rather than after. You do not have to stand around either. We text you when we are wrapping up.

Is that the real price?

Yes. Pick your size on the pricing list and that is what you pay, half off through Monday the 14th. Add-ons like shampoo or ceramic are listed and always optional. Nothing gets tacked on at the end that you did not agree to.

What happens when the promo ends?

Prices go back to normal on September 15th. Anything booked before the deadline stays at the half off price even if the appointment itself lands later, so grabbing a slot now locks it in.

How do I pay?

When the job is done, not before. We take just about anything: cash, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay or card. There is no deposit and nothing is charged through this website.

What if it rains, or I need to reschedule?

If the forecast looks bad we text you the day before and move you to the next open slot for free. Covered garage or carport? Then rain does not matter and we come as planned. Need to move it yourself, just call or text. No fee, no penalty.
